AMG GT R to esencja motorsportu przeniesiona na asfalt. Napędzany 4-litrowym silnikiem V8 biturbo o mocy 585 KM, oferuje precyzyjne prowadzenie, aktywną aerodynamikę i technologię rodem z toru wyścigowego. To maszyna stworzona z myślą o maksymalnych osiągach i bezkompromisowych wrażeniach z jazdy.
Seryjny układ hamulcowy oparty na tarczach karbonowo-ceramicznych oferuje wysoką skuteczność, jednak jego eksploatacja wiąże się z bardzo wysokimi kosztami.
Opracowaliśmy zestaw, który łączy topowe osiągi z rozsądnymi kosztami użytkowania. Zastosowaliśmy sprawdzone rozwiązania: dwuczęściowe, pływające tarcze 400×36 mm na przedniej osi oraz tarcze z takim samym rozwiązaniem technologicznym na oś tylną, lecz w seryjnym rozmiarze – wszystko wykonane z najwyższą precyzją.
